Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must include all original tags and packaging.

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Requests made after 14 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or made-to-order garments

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
