Shipping Policy – Naqsh Dhaaga

At Naqsh Dhaaga, every garment is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Many of our designs feature hand embroidery and delicate embellishments, which require time and skilled craftsmanship. Because of this, our shipping timelines are slightly longer than mass-produced products.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 12 days after the order is placed.

This preparation time allows our artisans to carefully complete the hand embroidery and finishing details for each garment.

Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Pakistan: 2–4 business days
International orders: 5–10 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier operations or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be applied during special campaigns.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the expected time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Customs clearance for international shipments
Courier service delays

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Naqsh Dhaaga cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
